Warren Buffett denies report Berkshire is talking to Goldman about rail merger

Berkshire Hathaway Chairman and CEO Warren Buffett tells CNBC’s Becky Quick that despite reports, neither he nor Greg Abel have spoken with Goldman Sachs about facilitating a merger between Berkshire’s BNSF freight railroad and CSX.
