Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood is speaking in the House of Commons, confirming the running of the grooming gangs inquiry.
She confirms that Baroness Anne Longfield will lead the probe, with Zoe Billingham and Eleanor Kelly as fellow panellists.
Mahmood also confirms the probe will be limited to three years with a £65m budget.
It will be a series of local investigations, overseen by a national panel, she adds, and the home secretary says no area will be able to refuse an inquiry.
