Residents along Lithuania’s Baltic coast have told TRT World that Russian activity at sea is putting others at risk. People in the city of Klaipeda say ships have been spoofing or shutting off GPS signals. It follows heightened military exercises by both the Kremlin and NATO forces in the Baltic Sea.
