North Korea initiated a full-scale investigation into the failed launch of a naval destroyer. The country’s leader Kim Jong Un called it a "criminal act," that tarnished the country’s dignity. Kim has ordered the ship to be repaired ahead of a major meeting of the ruling Workers’ Party Central Committee in late June.
