During Jack Antonoff’s Bleachers show at The Troubadour in Los Angeles on Sept. 15, he made a subtle comment on his recent separation from Margaret Qualley, whom he married in 2023. When a fan asked Antonoff to play his 2017 track “Let’s Get Married” the performance, the 42-year-old quipped in a social media video, "Absolutely not. Read the news, brother.” He added “I love that song and I wrote it, like, 11 years ago.” While Antonoff was likely still in a relationship with ex Lena Dunham—whom he dated between 2012 and 2017—when he penned the aforementioned track, his split from Qualley is what has more recently made headlines. In July, a rep for Qualley confirmed the split in a statement to E! News while shutting down “categorically untrue” narratives concerning the sources of fracturing.
