A Russian barrage of drones and missiles on the Ukrainian capital has killed at least four people and injured 83 others. Moscow had threatened to respond to the recent Ukrainian strikes on Russia-occupied eastern Ukraine. It has also confirmed the use of a hypersonic ballistic missile. Martyn Andrews reports.
