The historic USCG Jayhawk 6004 helicopter has been installed at the National Coast Guard Museum following on-site reassembly and will eventually be suspended as a centerpiece exhibit. Scheduled to open in 2027 on the waterfront in New London, the museum will be the first in the nation dedicated to the history of the U.S. Coast Guard and the service of its members.
