Southern Lebanon beaches reopen as summer crowds return

In July, public beaches reopened in war-stricken southern Lebanon. Despite the risks posed by the Israeli military, Lebanese and tourists alike have hit the shores by the thousands, making the most of their summer. Priyanka Navani reports from Tyre.
