The Labour leader gave his first speech on the campaign trail at Gillingham football club in Kent, saying that for the last 14 years the country had been ‘going round and round in circles’ under Tory leadership. He added: ‘All we ask now humbly is the opportunity to change our country and put it back in the service of working people.’
