Flag-gate is a reminder to show up to the polls

The latest Supreme Court ethics scandal involving political flags flown over Justice Samuel Alitos’ homes have intensified calls for reforms to the Court. Amid a loss of public faith in the nation’s highest court, Colorado Secy. of State Jenna Griswold says the best option would be for the court to read the room. “We have a democracy in crisis,” says Griswold, adding “We can’t despair, we have to continue to show up to the polls.”
