Labour’s shadow international development minister has denied there is tension between the Labour Party and one of the UK’s largest unions over the party’s election manifesto.
Unite refused to formally back the document, saying Labour had watered down its commitment to workers’ rights.
Lisa Nandy said there was "constructive discussion" between the party and the union, which gives £3m a year to Labour coffers.
