The only way for Garland to get justice is if the Republicans get a pair and actually arrest him at this point. They have the power to do it, and it would be a masterful event not used since the early 1900s. But as we all know, our so-called Republican Congress is useless. They do as they are told by the Deep State. And the DOJ is the Deep State’s tool of dominance over the United States. So, what are the chances of Garland seeing the same justice as Steve Bannon or Peter Navarro, who are both guilty of the exact same thing? Zero. The United States is no longer a free nation. Not for as long as Democrats hold the White House that is.

In the letter, DOJ official Carlos Felipe Uriarte stated that the refusal to comply with the subpoena for the audio recordings from President Biden’s interview does not constitute a crime. The interview was part of an investigation into the president’s alleged mishandling of classified documents. Uriarte emphasized that this stance aligns with long-standing DOJ policy and practice, which typically does not prosecute officials for contempt of Congress when they are shielded by a presidential claim of executive privilege.
The backdrop of this decision involves a resolution by the House on June 12 to hold Garland in contempt after he failed to submit the requested tapes. This resolution passed by a narrow margin of 216–207, reflecting a stark partisan divide. The refusal by Garland was seen as part of an ongoing standoff between House Republicans and the DOJ regarding the production of these recordings. Republicans have expressed a desire to access the recordings to confirm Hur’s report, which stated that President Biden could not recall certain details during his interview, and to address concerns of a perceived dual justice system. They contrast this with the multiple charges former President Donald Trump faces regarding his own classified documents.

Special counsel Hur, despite noting President Biden’s poor memory, recommended no charges against him, attributing this to Biden’s presentation as a sympathetic and well-meaning elderly individual. This portrayal and the implications of Biden’s memory issues were central in Hur’s 388-page report, which nevertheless concluded that Biden had willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice-presidential term.
In response to Congressional requests for more information, Uriarte’s letter noted that the DOJ had made efforts to accommodate by providing a transcript of the interview, though they maintained a stance against releasing the audio itself due to insufficient legislative need and potential risks to the integrity of future investigations.

Siskel and Garland argued that releasing the tapes could harm the effectiveness of future law enforcement investigations. This move was met with criticism from House Republicans, who accused the administration of trying to prevent the use of the tapes for political gains, specifically in campaign advertisements.
Despite the executive privilege claim, both the House Oversight Committee and the House Judiciary Committee voted to hold Garland in contempt on the same day, highlighting the ongoing political tensions and the complicated balance between executive secrecy and Congressional oversight. Garland, and all Democrats are above the law. Americans have taken note, and the anger rises, the resentment and the disgust with the Democrat party is felt all over America. Biden loses support daily and virtually has zero chance of being re-elected in November assuming it is a free and fair election. But we all know that story. Let’s pray they do not stab America in the back again for the Marxist goals. If they do, there is no telling what will happen.
