Nine-year-old Kareem was left paralysed from the waist down after Israeli soldiers shot him last December.
He is one of some 170 Palestinian children to have been killed by Israel in the occupied West Bank since the Hamas terror attack of 7 October.
Save the Children and DCI Palestine say 70 of those who died were aged 15 or younger, while four were below the age of nine.
They said 135 were reportedly shot dead, the rest were killed by drone, warplane or artillery attacks.
Injuries caused by Israeli soldiers shooting children also increased substantially.
At least 1,400 are thought to have been wounded by the Israel military since 7 October.
In a statement, the IDF said every case in which a minor or civilian is killed is "thoroughly investigated".
They added: "Palestinian minors often also participate in violent disturbances and hostile activities against security forces and Israeli citizens."
Sky’s Dominic Waghorn spoke to those families who have been affected by children being killed or injured by the Israeli military.
