There are growing questions about what caused a plane crash in Kazakhstan that killed 38 people on Christmas Day.
Officials say children were among the 29 people to be rescued from wreckage found near the city of Aktau.
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev said it was too soon to speculate on the reasons behind the crash, but said the weather had forced the plane to change from its planned course.
