Man and dog rescued from rough waters

Authorities rescued a man and a dog who became stranded in a sailboat on rough waters off the coast of Port Townsend, Washington, on Christmas Day.

The man and the dog were unharmed, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
