Wildfires are raging on in Los Angeles, with at least 16 people killed and more than 100,000 people under evacuation orders.
The official cause of the deadly wildfires, fuelled by powerful winds and drought-like conditions, is yet to be determined.
But with the blazes still raging, a blame game is taking hold among those in power dealing with the crisis.
