Bank tells customers to ask for help from friends, family or…. food banks

Some Barclays customers have experienced a second day of tech outages, with some unable to complete on house moves or mortgage applications.

But the bank’s response to the glitches has angered many on social media.

Barclays stressed no one would be left out of pocket by the disruption.
