Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada will impose counter tariffs of 25% on billions of dollars worth of US goods. The move is in retaliation to US tariffs on Candadian goods unvieled by US President Donald Trump. He signed an order to levy 25 percent tariffs on goods from both Canada and Mexico. Trump will also slap 10% levies on imports from China. These are due to take effect on Tuesday. DW talks to Toronto-based political commentator, Sean Mallen.
