The EU’s price cap on gas, which was set to limit soaring costs, was a response to Russia’s war and the resulting energy crisis. Although it wasn’t triggered, Europe’s energy market is now more stable, with reduced reliance on Russian supplies and a shift toward renewables. Alex Cadier reports from Brussels.
