Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called for the creation of an "armed forces of Europe", insisting that his own forces were not enough to counter Russia.
He told the Munich Security Conference: "The armed forces of Europe must be created. I really believe that time has come."
Ukraine has been defending itself from Russia’s full-scale invasion for nearly three years.
