I explain that while baptism is commanded by Jesus and brings spiritual benefits through the “circumcision of Christ,” genuine believers who couldn’t be baptized (like the thief on the cross) can still be saved. I clarify the difference between infant christening and biblical baptism by immersion following a personal decision for Christ.
