‘It’s going to be difficult to see how this could be enforced’: US expands diversity ban overseas

France’s trade ministry slammed what it described as "unacceptable" US interference after the Trump administration asked French companies holding US government contracts to guarantee their compliance with an executive order banning diversity, equity and inclusion programmes.
