Harvard University is taking legal action against the Trump administration over its decision to bar the school’s ability to enrol international students, branding it unconstitutional retaliation for defying the White House’s political demands.
The move made by the US government has now been blocked by a judge.
It would have affected 7,000 students who are due to graduate shortly.
