The head of the UN has said Israel has only authorised aid to Gaza that "amounts to a teaspoon" after at least 60 people died in overnight airstrikes.
UN secretary general Antonio Guterres warned on Friday that more people will die unless there is "rapid, reliable, safe and sustained aid access".
