Official figures show the number of people sleeping on the streets of Hong Kong has fallen by 40 percent in the past year, hitting a ten-year low. It’s a promising picture for a city that’s become synonymous with unaffordable housing. But organisations working with the homeless say the statistics don’t match reality. Patrick Fok reports.
