Reports have emerged of Israeli forces systematically detaining Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank to pressure adult members of their families on Israel’s ‘wanted’ list to surrender. The move has been condemned as a form of collective punishment. Mohammed Elwan reports from Ramallah.
