Sir Keir Starmer is in Glasgow setting out the details of the government’s Strategic Defence Review.
The report, written by experts from outside government, unveils what the UK needs to ensure defence and security into the next decade and beyond.
It is understood the report makes 62 recommendations that the government is expected to accept in full.
