A prison in Kosovo will soon accommodate hundreds of inmates from Denmark, in return for millions of dollars. In recent years, Denmark’s prison population has surged and exceeded capacity, so Copenhagen has sought solutions in other countries. Abdulvehab Ejupi reports.
