Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband killed in a ‘politically motivated’ assassination

Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, were fatally shot at their suburban Minneapolis home on Saturday. State Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, were also targeted and critically injured in a nearby attack.
