At least 20 Palestinians have been killed in a stampede at a GHF aid distribution center, according to the group and a local hospital. It was the first time that GHF has confirmed deaths at one of its sites, although the UN, Palestinian witnesses and Gaza health officials say hundreds of people have been killed in recent months while heading to the hubs to get food.
