Man who says he was deported over tattoo celebrates release from CECOT

A soccer coach who says he was mistakenly deported from the U.S. to El Salvador’s CECOT mega-prison because of a tattoo celebrated his release from detainment on Wednesday, reuniting with friends and family in Venezuela.
