The co-founder of Palestine Action has won the right to challenge the UK government’s decision to ban the group under anti-terror laws. This comes just days after the group was designated a terrorist organisation following a break-in at an air force base in England.
The ban criminalises support for the group, carrying a punishment of up to 14 years in prison. However, a judge ruled that it is "reasonably arguable" the ban violates the rights to free expression and assembly. Victoria Innes reports from London.
