Kosovo’s political scene is gripped by one of its deepest constitutional crisis since independence. Six months after the February elections, the newly elected assembly remains paralysed. Lawmakers have failed more than fifty-four consecutive times to elect a Speaker – the first procedural step needed to form a functioning parliament and government. Young people in Kosovo see the prolonged deadlock as both an obstacle to their future and a power struggle among politicians.
