Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara first came to power in 2011 after months of political violence that left around 3,000 people dead. Ivory Coast has since bounced back with economic growth and efforts at national reconciliation. But that progress is now being tested by Ouattara’s latest announcement. Randolph Nogel reports.
