U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro held a press conference on Wednesday to make the announcement on sex offender registrations in D.C.
During the press conference Pirro also urged for a residency ban that would limit sex offenders from being within 1,000 feet of child friendly locations.
