A tourist’s video shows what the priceless jewels looked like behind glass display cases at Paris’ Louvre Museum before they were stolen on October 19’s heist at the world-famous site.
The artefacts, which date back to France’s imperial history, include the Imperial Crown of Empress Eugenie, reportedly dropped during the getaway and later recovered outside the museum, as well as the tiara and Reliquary Brooch of Empress Eugenie.
Other items include sapphire earrings, necklace, and a sapphire tiara from the jewellery set of Queen Marie-Amelie and Queen Hortense.
