DNA from paper bag links deceased serial killer to cold case

Trace DNA from the inside of paper bags that had not been touched in nearly 40 years connected one of Colorado’s long deceased most prolific serial killers to the 1987 killing of 30-year-old Rhonda Marie Fisher.
