Alyssa Farah Griffin returns to ‘The View’ on Thursday and explains her days-long absence from the show. The mom-to-be reveals she was suffering from a stomach bug and reminds viewers to ‘be smart, use hand sanitizer and stay home when you’re sick!’ Alyssa’s first child with husband Justin is due in February. She announced the pregnancy news on the show in October.
