Washington has hosted the draw for next summer’s football World Cup. A record 48 nations are competing in the tournament, which is being jointly hosted by the US, Mexico and Canada.
The leaders of those three nations — US President Donald Trump, Mexico’s Claudia Sheinbaum, and Canada’s Mark Carney — revealed the make-up of the 12 groupings.
