Cambodia’s leader is reportedly ready for immediate talks with Thailand to end the renewed border violence. Fighting has been reported along nearly the entire Cambodian-Thai border. Since clashes broke out on Monday, at least 13 people have died and around 140,000 civilians have fled for safety.
