Chief Constable Jon Boutcher and Officer in charge of Operation Kenova, Sir Iain Livingstone hold a media conference following the release of the final report of Operation Kenova.
The report centres on the conduct of a top British intelligence mole operating within the IRA – Freddie Scappaticci, codenamed ‘Stakeknife’. It has found ‘Stakelknife’ committed crimes of the worst possible kind", including torture and murder, and calls for him to be publicly named by the UK government.
