One student was killed and another critically injured in a shooting at Kentucky State University on Tuesday, police said. Officers and sheriff’s deputies in Frankfort quickly arrested the suspected gunman and secured the campus. According to the New York Times, the suspect is not a student, but both victims were, and the shooting occurred outside a residential dorm. The university has not yet released an official statement.
