Storm Byron is tearing through Gaza neighbourhoods, where homes damaged by Israeli bombardment are too unstable to withstand the weather. Ten houses have collapsed since Thursday, with one person confirmed dead. Rescue workers warn more buildings could fall. Bassam Bounenni reports.
