Rob Reiner’s addict son Nick will be officially charged with murder Tuesday for fatally slitting the throats of the iconic director and his wife over the weekend — and could potentially face the death penalty if convicted, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said. The DA said a decision has not been made yet on whether the death penalty would be sought or a life sentence.
