Russia’s President Vladimir Putin says Russia will achieve its goals in Ukraine either militarily or through diplomacy. Putin also dismissed calls in the West to prepare for a major war with Russia as an act of ‘hysteria’. Many European leaders are also pushing for a plan to use frozen Russian assets to help fund Ukraine’s defence — in a bid to increase pressure on Putin. Shadia Edwards-Dashti reports.
