US President Donald Trump is determined to move to the second phase of the UN-endorsed Gaza ceasefire plan within weeks – possibly even before he meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Florida on December 29. One barrier to advancing from phase one is the repatriation of the body of Ran Gvili, the last deceased hostage held by Hamas. There are even concerns over whether his remains can be located at all.
