European leaders have agreed on a $105B loan package for Ukraine, designed to keep the country financially afloat over the next two years. The funding will not come from frozen Russian assets, after Belgium withheld its support. Instead, the EU will borrow jointly, with the option to tap those assets later if Russia refuses to pay reparations. TRT World’s Victoria Innes reports.
