Kiev and several regions across Ukraine were hit overnight as Russia launched more than 650 drones and over 30 missiles, targeting energy facilities and civilian infrastructure, Ukrainian officials say. At least three people were killed, including a woman in Kiev and a four-year-old child in Zhytomyr, as power outages spread across 13 regions. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is urging stronger international pressure on Russia, warning that without firm security guarantees, a ceasefire will be difficult to achieve. Kubra Akkoc reports.
