Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he’s willing to withdraw troops from the country’s eastern industrial heartland as part of plan to end Russia’s war. But he says Moscow must also pull back to create a demilitarized zone. The 20-point framework was reached during talks between US and Ukrainian negotiators in Florida, but there are still key details to be worked out. And Moscow has yet to approve the plan.
