Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said he is “very concerned” after a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent fatally shot a 37-year-old woman who was not the target of any enforcement activity and was sitting in her car during an ICE operation in south Minneapolis.
O’Hara noted the preliminary information shows she was blocking the roadway and unarmed, and added, “It’s obviously very concerning whenever there’s a shooting into a vehicle of someone who is not armed.”
